Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026 · Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Leadchemy ("Leadchemy", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our free Lead Audit, and our communications with you by text, WhatsApp, email and phone. Leadchemy is our registered legal name.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a Lead Audit or contact us, we collect your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, business name, business type, website or Google Business link, how your leads reach you, your approximate monthly lead volume, and anything you write to us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, the page that referred you, and campaign details (such as UTM parameters or the ad you clicked).

Information from platforms. If you reach us through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad or lead form, WhatsApp, or a booking calendar, we receive the details you submitted there.

Records of our conversations. We keep a record of messages, emails and call notes between you and us so we can follow up and deliver your audit.

2. How we use your information

  • To run your Lead Audit, prepare your report, and contact you about it.
  • To book, confirm and remind you about calls.
  • To reply to your questions and provide our services.
  • To send you information about Leadchemy, where you have agreed or the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website, ads and services.
  • To protect our business, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under the GDPR), we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, performing a contract or steps you ask for before one, and legal obligations.

3. Text and WhatsApp messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text (SMS) and WhatsApp messages about your audit, appointments, reminders, follow-ups and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt out: reply STOP to any text at any time. On WhatsApp, tell us to stop or block the chat.
  • Help: reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do share it with the service providers that send our messages for us (see section 5).

4. Cookies and advertising tools

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Google tools and analytics scripts, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed and actions taken, and may share it with the provider (for example Meta or Google) under their own privacy policies.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, use your ad preferences on Meta and Google, or use opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel), messaging providers and carriers, WhatsApp (Meta), email, scheduling, hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers.
  • Authorities, where we are required by law or need to protect rights, safety or property.
  • A buyer or successor, if Leadchemy is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. Our clients' customers

When we build lead, follow-up and booking systems for a business, we process information about that business's leads and customers (such as names, phone numbers, emails and messages) on the business's behalf and under its instructions. That business is responsible for how the information is used, and its own privacy policy applies. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to access, correct or delete your information, please contact that business directly. We will help it respond.

7. International transfers

Leadchemy is based in Punjab, Pakistan, so your information may be processed in Pakistan. We and our service providers may also process it in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Audit enquiries that do not become a client relationship are kept only as long as we need to follow up and handle questions, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and reputable, secure platforms. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing or targeted advertising. This includes rights under US state privacy laws (such as California), Canadian privacy law, and the GDPR and UK GDPR.

To use these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact your local data protection authority.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
